I have been asked to go to Klarna’s site. Is this right?

For buy now pay Later Klarna will email you with instrustions on how to pay, Within this email there will be a link to Klarna, where you can make payments with your credit or debit cards. If you do not pay Klarna within the requested time frame, additional charges may apply.

How do I know if my payment has gone through?

If you pay by card, you will receive a confirmation email from Rotor Discs confirming your payment has been accepted. For Buy Now, Pay Later, Klarna will send an email to you directly with instructions of how to pay.

Why have I not been offered Buy Now, Pay Later?

The offer to use Klarna Buy Now Pay Later is based on algorythms automatically generated based on the information you provide during the checkout process, these include basket value, order history and more. There are no credit checks carried out during this automation.

Klarna payments are available to those aged over 18 years of age. If you are not offered the Buy Now, Pay Later option you can still use the traditional payment methods.

Rotor Discs has no control over decisions made by Klarna, if for any reason you are not offered Klarna’s services please take this up with them directly – you can visit their website or call 020 300 50833 Monday – Saturday 9.00 AM – 6.00 PM.

Do Rotor Discs or Klarna run a credit check against me?

Neither ourselves or Klarna run any credit checks against you that could have an impact on your credit rating. Klarna may run a quotation search which only yourselves and klarna are able to see and will not have any affect on your credit score.

Can I return part or all of my order?

If your Buy Now, Pay later date is close and you are within your 14 day return period, you should contact us on sales@rotordiscs.co.uk and we will make any necessary adjustments to your statement and offer any further help if required.

I dont have the goods yet, but I have received the statement?

You have a set time period to pay so you don’t have to worry about paying straight away. If your payment date is fast approaching and you still haven’t received your goods please contact our customer service team on 0844 4482002.

How long do refunds take?

Refunds can take up to 5 days after Rotor Discs have received your return item/items

What do I need to provide whilst making a purchase?

During the buying process you will need to provide your name, address and email address amongst other details, you may aso be required to enter your mobile number. All order and Klarna information will be sent via email. Please ensure you enter all of your details correctly as you could be liable for delayed payment fees if your email address or other details have been provided incorecctly.
